Terms of Service

Cassiv is a real-time AI co-pilot that listens to your sales calls (via your browser) to provide live coaching hints, battle cards, and post-call summaries. It is a productivity aid, not a substitute for your own judgment.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The Service transcribes call audio, which can include other participants. Laws on recording and transcribing calls vary by location, and many jurisdictions require the consent of all parties. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording, wiretapping, and consent laws in your jurisdiction and your participants’ jurisdictions, and for obtaining any required consent from everyone on the call before using the Service. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your failure to do so.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• record or transcribe anyone without legally required consent;
• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or share your account to circumvent plan limits.

Paid plans are billed via our payment processor (Dodo Payments) on a recurring basis until cancelled. The Pro plan's call minutes are unlimited subject to reasonable fair-use limits; we may adjust or enforce these limits to prevent abuse. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Hints, battle cards, and summaries are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of context. They are suggestions only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for what you say and do on your calls and for verifying any output before relying on it.

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we never store call audio, transcripts are not retained unless you opt in, we never sell your data or train models on it, and you can delete your data or account at any time.

The Service, its software, and branding are owned by us. Your call setup details and generated content belong to you; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or deals, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
