Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Cassiv is a real-time AI co-pilot for sales calls. Privacy is core to the product, not an afterthought. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what we deliberately do not store, who processes your data, and the controls you have. Plain language, no surprises.

The short version

  • We never store your call audio. Audio is processed live to generate transcription and hints, then discarded — it is never written to disk.
  • Transcripts are not retained by default. Your transcript is used to create the summary you ask for, then deleted — unless you turn on “Save call transcripts” in Settings.
  • We never sell your data and never use your calls to train AI models.
  • You can delete any call, or your entire account and all data, at any time.

What we collect

  • Account information — your email and authentication details.
  • Call setup details you enter — client name, what you’re selling, target price, goals, and notes.
  • Outputs you generate — battle cards, the live hints shown during a call, and post-call summaries you choose to create.
  • Transcripts — only if you enable transcript archiving; otherwise they are discarded after your summary is generated.
  • Usage data — counts and call minutes per month, to enforce plan limits.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Dodo Payments). We do not store your card details.

What we do NOT store

We do not store raw call audio at any point. Audio streams through your browser to our transcription provider in real time and is discarded immediately. Unless you opt in to archiving, we do not retain the verbatim transcript of your calls.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the service: generating live hints and battle cards, producing summaries you request, enforcing your plan limits, and supporting your account. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Subprocessors

To run Cassiv, your data is processed by the following providers, each under their own enterprise data protections:

  • Deepgram — real-time speech-to-text transcription of call audio.
  • Google (Gemini API) — generates battle cards, live hints, and summaries. Data sent to the Gemini API is not used to train Google’s models.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of your stored data.
  • Dodo Payments — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Firecrawl — optional analysis of a prospect’s public website when you use the “Analyze” feature.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We share only what is necessary for each provider to perform its function.

We never sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or call content to third parties. We do not use your call data to train any AI model. We share data only with the subprocessors above, strictly to operate the service.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Your data is isolated to your account using database row-level security, so other users cannot access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.

Data retention & your controls

  • Audio — never stored.
  • Transcripts — discarded after summary generation unless you enable archiving in Settings.
  • Calls & summaries — kept until you delete them. You can delete any call from your dashboard, which permanently removes its transcript, hints, and summary.
  • Your whole account — you can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Data & Privacy. This is immediate and irreversible.

Recording & consent

Recording or transcribing a call may require the consent of all participants depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent. See our Terms of Service for details.

Children

Cassiv is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
